Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 20, 2026

Mudstone LLC ("Mudstone," "we," "us") is a family-owned earthworks company. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Callback requests: your name, phone number, and optionally your email address and preferred time to call, when you submit the "Request a callback" form.
• Project inquiries: your name, email, phone number, and the project details you provide through our contact form.
• Basic site data: standard, anonymous information your browser sends when you visit any website.

How we use your information

• To call or text you back about your request.
• To respond to project inquiries and provide quotes.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.

Text messages

When you submit a callback request, we may send you text messages confirming we received it and following up about it. Message frequency varies with your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any message to opt out of future texts, or HELP for assistance. Your consent to receive these messages is not a condition of doing business with us — submitting the form is your consent to be contacted at the number you provide. Mobile numbers collected for text messaging are never shared with third parties.

How we store your information

Form submissions are delivered to us by email and stored in our business records. Callback requests are also logged in our internal tracking system so open requests are followed up on. We keep records only as long as needed for business purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or stop contacting you, at any time by reaching us at the contact details below.
